Nightly rates range from $150-$250, with a two night minimum. Weekly rates range from $900-$1500. Rates vary between Winter and High Season. Please check the reservation calendar below or call us at (503) 516-4382 for specific pricing.

There is a 50% required deposit when reserving. To receive a deposit refund, cancellations must be made prior to thirty days before the stay, minus a $50 booking fee. There is a strict no smoking policy, and pets are not permitted. Persons must be a minimum of 25 years of age to reserve. Lodging tax is in addition to the nightly rate. Check in is at 4pm, check out at 12pm. The Painted Lady Guest Cottage is operated by The Painted Lady Cottage LLC.
